This tea was specially crafted to aid in reducing stress and tension within the body. Unlike most relaxing teas, this one also focuses on releasing tension and relaxing the muscles… a common symptom of chronic stress. This is a tea best enjoyed in afternoons when you are winding down or in small amounts during a stressful day. Although it can have a slightly sleepy affect and aid in overall sleep wellness it is not intended to be a full on sedative.
The flavor profile: The aroma of this tea is floral and sweet which perfectly introduces what the pallet might expect. Your first sip will be ever so slightly sweet and full or aromatics thanks to the chamomile and tulsi. Tucked into their bold flavor are the softer and more earthy notes of yarrow & meadowsweet. If the tea is a bit bitter we recommend adding a teaspoon of raw honey.

Release & Relax Herbal Tea
Mix the loose leaf tea thoroughly before scooping out and adding to water. The blend of herbs and dried goods can settle depending on the size of the material so when scooping make sure you dig gently into the container to receive a thorough mix.
Add 1 tbs of herbal tea per 8oz of boiling water, let steep for 2-4 minutes then enjoy hot! If iced is preferred then make a concentrated batch of tea and pour over ice once steeped.
